Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services of OJ Gas &

Heating (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by

these Terms.

1. Services Provided

OJ Gas & Heating provides gas and heating services including, but not limited to, installation, maintenance, and repair for both residential and commercial clients.

2. Appointments and Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our engineers to carry out services. Missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final costs may vary depending on the scope of work and unforeseen issues.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties for parts and appliances vary and will be honoured according to the manufacturer’s policy.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the work undertaken.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure the work area is safe, free from hazards, and accessible. Any delays due to unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.

9. Complaints

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
